FLEX, ALC, and Filipino Workshop for Faculty and Staff
The GVCFI has sponsored 30 faculty and staff to attend the Foundations of Leadership Excellence (FLEX) Program last May 23-24 and July 23-24, 2009 in the EMR Center, City of Koronadal and Ms. Dhane Jardenil and Ms. Mechelle Pailago for the Advanced Leadership Course (ALC) in June 25-21, 2009 at the Ortigas Center, Metro Manila of the Organizational Change Consultants International (OCCI), a Manila-based coaching company.
The institution also sponsored the participation of Mr. Reymund Bantillo and Ms. Sarah Bagsic for the Filipino Workshop held last September 24-25, 2009 at the Notre Dame of Marbel University.
Such training programs are part of GVCFI’s roll out of the its faculty development program. The VP for Academic Affairs, RJ Sustiguer, says: “Development of the employees is equally as important as the development of the institution’s facilities.”
